      ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula is recommended for men trying to conceive that need extra nutrient support for sperm motility. Sperm motility is particularly important for men planning to conceive naturally or through intrauterine insemination (IUI).
      How long should I take ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula?
      We recommend taking ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula for at least three months before trying to conceive. This is because sperm development, also known as spermatogenesis, is a complex process, and it can take up to three months for sperm to fully mature and be ready to function at their best. Most men continue ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula until pregnancy is achieved.
      Can I take the ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula tablets and capsules at the same time?
      Yes. You can take the tablets and capsules at the same time.
      Are there side effects from ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula?
      No. There are no expected side effects from ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula.
      Can I take other nutritional supplements with ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula?
      Yes. If you are currently taking a low-dose multivitamin and mineral supplement, you can continue to take it in addition to ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula.       Antibiotics: Taking zinc (in ConceptionXR Motility Support tablets) with antibiotics can decrease their absorption and effectiveness. Depending on which antibiotic is prescribed, you may need to separate ConceptionXR Motility Support tablets from the antibiotic, as indicated below.

    • Cephalexin (Keflex): Take at least 3 hours before ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula.
    • Tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline, demeclocycline): Separate by 4 hours.
    • Quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin (Cipro), gemifloxacin (Factive), levofloxacin (Levaquin), Moxifloxacin (Avelox)): Separate by 6 hours.

      Thyroid hormone (levothyroxine, Synthroid): L-carnitine (in ConceptionXR Motility Support capsules) might decrease the effectiveness of these medications. Speak to your healthcare provider about whether you can safely take ConceptionXR Motility Support along with thyroid hormone.
